A launch deal ends. Its customer promises remain.

A launch deal might include more credits or extra features for early subscribers. Entitler records the deal’s features and allowances and the customers joining under it, so you can end the deal without quietly taking anything away from those customers.

Early access. We invite teams in small groups.

    End the deal

The project overview on 30 November

The Summer pricing release ends the deal. Testers already runs it, while All customers still runs the Spring launch deal release, which keeps selling the deal, until Finance approves the rollout. Staging follows the next change Jess is building.

When a deal changes the package

Track each deal’s customers and the terms they still hold. Campaign delivery, discount codes and revenue reporting stay in your existing tools.

  • Preserve launch partner benefits

Your first customers on Team were promised the launch bundle for good. Start a Launch partners cohort on Team while they sign up. When you change Team later, keep that cohort on its version and move the others when you roll out the release.

  • Which deal kept people longest?

You want to compare retention after your winter and spring deals. Start a cohort for each deal, then compare how many of each cohort stayed.

  • “Why did my credits change?”

A spring deal customer notices their credits are different from a friend’s. Support can check the customer’s plan version and feature sources to confirm which terms apply.

  • A creator wants to try Pro features

A creator needs two weeks of Export to PDF before reviewing your app. Give them a 14-day grant of Export to PDF, on top of their plan, and record the reason. Access expires automatically.

Questions marketing teams ask

Prices and discount codes stay in your billing provider, and Entitler never creates or changes anything in Stripe. Each plan’s listing names the Stripe price that sells it, and Pricing.GetPricing answers the price Stripe holds. Entitler tracks the features, limits and plan version behind each subscription.

Try your plans in Entitler

Start with sample plans and customers. Then try a change you expect to make, such as a new tier, a usage allowance or an exception for an early customer. Request an invite to try it with your team.
